Project Overview
In 2024, Pentecostal City Mission Church International (PCMC) commemorated a major milestone: 100 years since the establishment of its headquarters in Kingston, Jamaica. The Centennial Celebration was a historic, week-long series of events that honored PCMC’s legacy and global reach.
This project required a full-scale creative campaign—from developing the event’s brand identity to designing media for a global livestream. The initiative also marked the launch of PCMC’s first-ever e-commerce platform, where commemorative journals were sold online.
The Challenge
PCMC needed a unified visual identity that could:
- Celebrate 100 years of spiritual and cultural heritage
- Engage both local and international audiences
- Support digital-first media, livestream production, and print collateral
- Enable seamless e-commerce integration for commemorative items
The scale and significance of the centennial demanded not only high-quality visuals, but also coordination with multiple committees, platforms, and technical specifications.
Our Role
We managed multiple aspects of the Centennial Celebration campaign, including:
✔ Collaborating with the Centennial Planning Committee on concept development
✔ Designing the visual identity and all promotional graphics
✔ Building a custom event webpage with Stripe integration for journal sales
✔ Developing motion graphics and livestream media assets
✔ Managing international livestream production during the week-long event
Creative Services & Approach
Creative Disciplines Involved:
- Brand Identity Design
- Graphic Design
- Motion Graphics
- Web Design + E-Commerce Integration
- Livestream Media Production
The branding approach needed to feel honorific, global, and timeless. I designed a celebratory logo mark and supporting visuals with strong typographic hierarchy, gold accents, and imagery reflecting PCMC’s rich spiritual heritage.
Motion graphics were produced for:
- Lower thirds
- Title bumpers (intro/outro)
- On-screen donation overlays
- Video openers/closers
For digital infrastructure, I developed a custom event webpage that provided details about the centennial and offered secure Stripe-powered checkout for purchasing commemorative journals online—an important first step in PCMC’s digital transformation.
